AFTERMATH

Aftermath Supplies began in January of 2013 alongside the opening of Silent Barn. We built a double-decker loft and filled it with art supplies that were donated and found all over New York City with the goal to divert usable materials from the waste stream. 

 

After a year of serving as materials coordinators for artists to make work, started offering recycled materials for no cost, through our Free Shelf, located directly outside of our studio.  The space was rebuilt to enable use of the space for creative purposes, rather than just used to house supplies.

 

Now, in our second year, we are an active, full service production studio.

Aftermath Editions offers custom screen printed products and unique sewing or textiles-based projects. In the future, we place to hold participartory skill-sharing work shops.
